This recipe is an absolute go-to if you’re a fan of Chocolate Espresso Martini and find yourself craving some rich, chocolatey goodness. ‘Girl in the Café’ Celeste swears by the richness of Cocoa Canopy’s chocolate, especially when paired with coffee.


  • Start by melting 1 scoop of beads (about 4-5 teaspoons) into a smooth paste with a splash of boiling water.
  • Ensure the beads are fully melted, with no graininess.
  • In your cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice, 30 ml of coffee liqueur, 30 ml of vodka, one shot of espresso, and the melted chocolate.
  • Shake it like you mean it, then pour out your frothy iced chocolate drink with a punch!

Iced Tequila Dream

Have you ever tried a White Russian with hot chocolate and a dash of Mexican flair? Tico’s Reposado pairs perfectly with our Salted Caramel Chocolate Beads. ¡Andale! 🍫🥃


  • Grab a small glass, fill it with ice, and pour in 50 ml of Reposado Tequila (smells amazing, doesn’t it?)
  • Scoop some beads into a jug or mug, then pour 75 ml of boiling water. Whisk it up until it’s smoother than a salsa dancer’s moves and with no graininess in sight!
  • Add 75 ml of double cream and whisk until nice and frothy.
  • Slowly pour this creamy goodness over your tequila
  • Give it a little stir and get ready to savour your Iced Tequila Dream! ¡Salud! 🍹

Choc on the Rocks

Ready to give your hot chocolate a cool twist? Get set for some marvellous marble magic with Choc on the Rocks.


  • Start by filling a glass with ice.
  • In another cup, add 4-5 tsp of chocolate beads and whisk into a smooth paste with a splash of boiling water.
  • Ensure the beads are fully melted–no graininess allowed!
  • Take the glass with ice cubes and fill around 75% of the glass with cold milk.
  • Drumroll, please! It’s time for the grand finale: pour that melted chocolate over the milk like a chocolaty waterfall, and your Iced Chocolate masterpiece is ready to show off

Shaken Iced Choc

Craving a cool, chocolatey treat for your next picnic? We’ve got just the thing: an easy-to-make Shaken Iced Chocolate that’ll steal the show!


  • Start by adding 1 scoop of beads (about 4-5 teaspoons) into your heat-resistant bottle (we swear by Ocean Bottle!). Shake it up until it’s as smooth as silk.
  • Double-check if there’s no grainy choc in the bottle.
  • Now, add 175 ml of milk (just below the Ocean Bottle logo).
  • Shake it like you mean it!
  • Pop it in the fridge for later chilling, or if you can’t wait, serve it over ice.
